Start by completing one warm-up, then move on to the main exercises for the appropriate week (seated or standing), followed by the balance exercise and the stretches.

Once you have learned the balance exercise and stretches, you will no longer need to refer back to the videos.

FOR WEEKS 1 & 2:

If you are new to exercise, complete one round (set) of the Main Exercises video.

If you have exercise experience, complete two or three rounds (sets) of the Main Exercises video.

FOR WEEKS 3 & 4:

If you are new to exercise, complete two rounds (sets) of the Main Exercises video.

If you have exercise experience, complete three or four rounds (sets) of the Main Exercises video.
